Suzanne Zahr

Board Member

Suzanne is an Architect with 23 years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in delivering custom homes and complex portfolios of real estate for leading companies, such as Amazon.com and Starbucks Coffee Company. She received her Structural Engineering degree from The George Washington University (1994) and her Master of Architecture from Columbia University (1997).

Suzanne served as an adjunct Professor of Architecture at the University of Washington (UW) from 2002 – 2005 and completed the UW Commercial Real Estate Certificate Program in 2009. Suzanne has been the principal owner of her firm, Suzanne Zahr, Inc. since 2014, where she has led numerous projects from site selection to certificate of occupancy. More recently, Suzanne expanded her team to include Construction Management, as SZ Build, Inc., offering comprehensive Design/Build services. She has also co-founding Rêve Development, LLC, targeting transit-oriented real estate development opportunities in the Greater Seattle Area. In all her pursuits, Suzanne’s love of math continues to shine through.
