She/Her/Hers

Rana is a math and museum enthusiast who values interdisciplinary, community education. Her professional experience is centered around non-profits, ranging from digital asset management at the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum, to media planning at National Public Radio. Her roots in math education and experience in non-profits brought her to the educator role at SUMM. Rana has a B.S. in applied math and a B.A. in interdisciplinary liberal arts from the University of New Mexico.

Outside of work, Rana enjoys sewing, swing dancing, and partner acrobatics. On sunny-ish days, she finds new hikes or places to walk in and around Seattle.
